Duties:
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Administration realted orders- quoting and invoicing of interventions, spare parts and products
- Sell and support selling service- agreements and products
- Coordination of Field Service Team for onsite visits compliant to Service Agreement
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Fluent in English and one further language- French, Italian (at least B2+)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Command of: MS Office, SAP and customer software (for example Salesforce)
- Ability to collaborate and build relations
