Customer Care Representative with Swedish/Danish (m/f)

Position Description
- Implement the company strategy and develop Customer Care initiatives;
- Achieve customer satisfaction to the highest standard, while maintaining set service levels;
- Resolve all customer queries in a timely and professional manner;
- Identify any potential shortcomings in the service provided and present solutions;
- Ensure effective communication throughout the organization;
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers;
- Work effectively in a team and contribute to the success of business/team objectives;
- Manage, maintain, and process all tasks in an accurate, timely, and presentable manner following procedures when required;
- Follow the Global Revenue Recognition Policy.
Position Requirements
- Nordic language skills essential (Danish and Swedish preferable);
- English language skills essential;
- Customer Care experience preferred;
- Excellent telephone and communication skills;
- Familiar with standard office software (SAP/CRM experience desirable).

- Strong prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment;
- Well-developed team working skills;
- Quick learner with competence to resolve customer inquiries.
