Customer Care Representative with Italian (m/f)
Functional Area: Customer Care

Position Description
- Processing all incoming sales orders in SAP software;
- Review customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions;
- Processing orders submitted by phone, FAX, email or other e-Commerce channels;
- Invoicing customers based upon product list prices and customer pricing from sales generated quotes;
- Providing phone and email support to both customers and sales team;
- Answering all incoming customer questions and providing support to customers on all questions of moderate scope related to order status, quotations, shipping dates and returns;
- Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers;
- Processing Customer Credits;
- In future processing incoming Export sales orders;
- Handle all kinds of export shipments, like advances invoices, customs clearance forms, involving foreign consulates for obtain product certificates, drop shipments, third party deals etc.;
- Trace all confirmed shipping and delivery actions;
- Interface between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.
Position Requirements
- Excellent Italian (other major European language will be strong asset);
- Good English verbal and written communication skills;
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- Less than a year of customer service experience in a contact center or billing department acceptable;
- MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP/CRM knowledge;
- Basic knowledge and / or experience in Life Sciences preferred.
