Customer Care Representative with German (m/f)
Functional Area: Customer Care
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Duration: unlimited
Position Description
- Process all incoming sales orders in SAP software;
- Review customer orders;
- Process orders submitted by all communication channels;
- Invoice customers;
- Provide support to customers and sales team related to order status, quotations, shipping dates and returns;
- Log order and logistics complaints from customers;
- Process Customer Credits;
- Handle export shipments, like advances invoices, customs clearance forms, involving foreign consulates for obtain product certificates, drop shipments, third party deals etc;
- Trace confirmed shipping and delivery actions;
- Interface between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.
Position Requirements
- Excellent German and any other major European language;
- Very good English skills verbal and written;
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- At least one year of customer service experience;
- MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP / CRM knowledge;
- Basic knowledge and / or experience in Life Sciences is an asset.
