Customer Care Representative with German (m/f)
Functional Area: Customer Care

Duration: unlimited
Position Description
- Processing all incoming sales orders in SAP software;
- Review customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions;
- Interface between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance;
- Invoicing customers in accordance with relevant documentation;
- Providing phone and email support to both customers and sales team;
- Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers;
- Processing Customer Credits.
Position Requirements
- German & English language skills proficiency, both oral and written;
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- Experience in Export documentation and requirements by using air / sea / truck services;
- MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP knowledge;
- Additional language knowledge will be an asset.

- Strong prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment;
- Well-developed team working skills;
- Quick learner with competence to resolve customer inquiries.
