Customer Care Representative with Czech
Workplace: Warsaw
Your tasks:
- answer inbound customer calls
- provide support to the customer within requested area
- advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
- cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
- check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
Requirements:
- excellent communication skills in Czech
- good command of English (speech and writing)
- knowledge of Polish will be an asset
- willingness to work in the shifts system
- knowledge of MS Office package
