For our Client, international well known organization for its Shared Service Centre, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of: Customer Care Consultant with German/Portuguese/Finnish/French/Spanish
Location: Katowice/Kraków
Responsibilities
- Contact with foreign customers via e-mail, phone,
- Record and classify incoming requests,
- Analyze the problems of daily computer work,
- Prioritize incoming requests.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of German/Portuguese/Finnish/French
- Very good knowledge of English language,
- Ability to work in a group,
- Well-developed interpersonal skills,
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and the Windows operating system,
- If you are concerned with your lack of experience - it is not required! The employer provides a package of professional training.
