- Global onboarding of CRM users completing onsite training for our +20 office locations
- Manage the operations team that is currently being build
- Act as a CRM team liaison executing on prioritized organizational CRM marketing support tickets
- Deliver data analytics for the many 3Shape marketing and sales facilitating CRM as their daily tool
- Identify and work toward removing inefficiencies in data communications streams
- Proactively communicate priorities within the team
- Triage questions and enhancements presented by users and collect to present for your manager and the CRM team
- Independently make decisions, while knowing when to escalate issues
- A successfully completed commercial education on a master level, i.e. cand.merc or similar is expected
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- 1-2 years of experience with Dynamics CRM
- A bonus but not a pre-requisite, knowledge of ClickDimensions or similar marketing tool
- You have a well-equipped analytical toolbox
- Solid leadership and time management skills
- Strong communication and execution skills
- This position will entail broad cross organizational cooperation with global stakeholders, building relations and make an impact at all levels in the organization
- Expected travel of 40-60 days per year must be expected

3Shape is looking for an ambitious, high performing CRM Operations Team Leader. The overall objective for the Global CRM team is to improve and optimize the customer journey and support the ambitious 3Shape growth strategy through an ever-dynamic platform optimization and a clearly defined CRM strategy.
You will join a dynamic CRM team collaborating as a cross-functional team, collecting, analyzing, and designing optimal solutions for the greater part of all 3Shape teams, facilitating CRM as their primary everyday tool. You will refer to the CRM Manager and be part of the IT team in 3Shape. The position is in Stettin, Poland.
One of your main goals will be, to onboard user to CRM to secure high user adoption. You will support the organization in technical support for the CRM functionality with main focus on the Marketing entity in CRM. You will assist the Marketing CRM users with 1st line support issues such as introduction to process workflows, data exports and analytics as well as setup and send-out of emails out of CRM Dynamics/ClickDimensions platform.
