Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Job Description:
Customer Database management:
- Lead initiatives that improve the quality of the customer database, building a single view of the customer, enabling more efficient and more relevant digital marketing
- Translate contact strategies in segmentation extraction rules and extract target audiences for specific campaigns
- Operate data-exchanges with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties, including required data merges and format preparation.
- Deliver ad-hoc data export and data change requests including opt-out management
- Identify and resolve issues in the lead-flow and/or the implementation of tracking and measurement code for digital campaigns.
Online campaign management:
- Source campaign materials (emails and landing-pages) from creative agencies and align with brand representatives
- Create and implement online campaign performance tracking codes
- Schedule/ configure mailings and landing-page delivery
- Analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance data vs agreed targets
- Setup, analyze and optimize A/B and Multivariate tests for key campaigns
- Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations
Minimum requirements:
- BA/BS or Masters degrees
- Very good MS excel (visual basic) and MS Access skills (to automate data merges and data synchronizations)
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to work concisely in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders onshore and offshore
Preferred requirements:
- Experience and affinity with digital marketing in general and email marketing in particular
- Understanding of customer databases, segmentation and marketing automation technology (Eloqua, marketo etc.)
- Understanding of A/B and Multivariate testing
- Good spoken and written language skills in Dutch will be an asset
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
