The CRM Specialist will be a part of the team responsible for delivery of CRM services to our client.
- Understanding client’s requirements related to the campaigns, CRM parameters and data flows
- Work with the client CRM team to plan resources to support campaigns
- Reporting of status of the CRM activities across the markets to the central CRM team and client's IT team
- Coordination of newsletter
- Ensure quality and timely completion of requests
- Ensure seamless communication with team members based in other location
- Identify, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues affecting timely closures of requests
- 2-4 years of experience in campaign execution and other CRM processes
- Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial
- Experience in working with globally distributed teams
- Project management skills and experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of overall technical architecture interfacing the CRM system with content and tracking systems
- Ability to work in complex multiple stakeholder environment and complete plans on schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to interact with senior members in the project board
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter and chase down people/teams to achieve closure when required
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of success of delivery by collaborating across teams and individuals
- An organized and planned approach to work with the ability to move things swiftly despite several dependencies. Appreciation of the need for documentation
- Readiness to travel to Germany (up to 50% of time)
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
