Our Client in an international FMCG company, a recognized brand and a great employer, with a global team of more than 50 000 people. To its regional Digital Team, we are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and ambitious CRM & Analytics Manager. This person will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital CRM and analytics strategy that supports business and brand activations. This role is much more than systems and data thus drive and passion for people leadership and management is key in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy of CRM and analytics and implement and manage all necessary tools to run it in short, mid and long term for Poland and Baltics
- Manage and transform existing digital ecosystem (CRM, data base house, applications, web pages and innovations)
- Team leadership and management (team of 5-6+ people)
- Support the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
- Reporting results to the team on digital marketing activity (ROI)
- Analyze digital marketing activities effectively by using available analytics tools, and make clear and insightful recommendation to business
- Manage and engage internal and external stakeholders, share knowledge and insights
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience in CRM in Digital Marketing for B2C business
- 3 years of people management and leadership experience with success track record
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM, proficiency in MS Dynamics, ClickDimensions, PowerBI, etc., experience with DX360 will be a plus
- University education
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Clear understanding and capability in the areas of digital marketing and strategy, digital ecosystem (including social media) and its fluid changes
- Customer-oriented thinking and focus on understanding target markets to generate more inquiries and drive traffic through multiple channels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to execute the project and make sure the targeted message reaches the audience.
- Networking capability with internal and external people, experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organization
- Ambitious, resilient, confident and agile to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
