- Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for Credit Risk Policy/Principles and Processes whilst continuously working to identify risk analysis problems and escalating/resolving those issues in a timely manner, including making suggestions to credit policy and procedures and facilitating both change management governance and implementation of changes.
- Ensure compliance of the team to all documented processes, SOX requirements, tool and system usage and process change initiatives whilst monitoring operational transactions for accuracy against processes.
- Review process documentation and manage exceptions and oversee process editing to ensure all documentation is compliant with WWCS requirements, including maintenance of process issues logs.
- Close co-operation with other teams (Collections/Operations/Quality Assurance) is essential. Be the primary interface to the WWCS GPO/Program function for Credit Risk Analysis subject matters.
- Monitor process related training plans and assist with creation of process related training documentation. Assist with process related communication plans.
- Analyse weekly and monthly work tracking and Credit Consumption reports and share details of that analysis with client management.
- Degree in Business or Finance or related discipline.
- 2+ years previous Order to Cash/Credit Risk Operations process experience.
- A self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to system/process changes whilst maintaining focus on key service level deliverables and own time management/organisational priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to work on own initiative to meet critical deadlines.
