International company looking for a Credit manager who will be in charge of timely collection of outstanding debts, minimizing the bad debts, managing credit limits, managing the local credit insurances and giving appropriate financial solutions for customers.
Credit Manager with English

- Reviewing credit applications, analyzing financial statements and other credit data to determine the credit worthiness of applicants.
- Deciding, in compliance with R&A, on internal credit limits for all customers.
- Visiting some of the top customers and maintaining strong relationship with them.
- Negotiating guarantees and financial solutions.
- Credit Insurance: negotiations for new or increased credit limits, reviewing credit limits, reporting, all related communications.
- Focusing on and managing the collection activities.
- Analyzing top revenue generators for risk assessments.
- Analyzing the aged debtors and raise points with credit controllers and review business for potential bad debts.
- Preparing monthly bad debt provisions.
- Negotiate possible extended payment terms with customers
- Managing and reducing the DSOs in his/her region
- Preparing and follow-up of legal files
- Organizing the timely release of orders held for credit reasons
- Reporting of monthly collection forecasts and weekly collection results
- At least 5 years experience in credit control within an international company
- Experience with credit insurance services and financing solutions
- Experience of using IT tools is preferable
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent Polish and English (must have)
- Knowledge other languages (will be an asset )
- SAP knowledge (will be an asset )
- Capacity to work with different business environments
