Job description
We are looking for candidates who will join the Credit and Collections team in Katowice.
The Credit and Collection Specialist responsibilities include:
- reviewing accounts,
- analyzing credit limits,
- performing collections,
- resolving problems.
In this role daily contacts in local languages with customers are required.
Candidate’s profile
- Fluency in Portuguese (level C1)
- Very good English
- Credit and Collection experience
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Good analytical skills
