Due to continuous expansion, our client is looking for a professional, talented, driven and energetic person that would take the position of Country Manager.

- Managing all aspects of Polish operations in order to maintain and develop company values and leading market position
- Defining company development direction by setting and implementing organization's short and long term objectives and strategies
- Ensuring market intelligence and customer knowledge to meet company targets and forecasts
- Controlling company budget and performance versus established objectivities and targets
- Leading and coordinating senior management and all operational business functions
- Travelling across the country in order to maintain close contact with shops involved
- Building and maintaining relationships with the local authorities and communities
- Enhancing overall company culture and promoting positive internal and external relations
- Master Degree in Business related field
- Experience in retail fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and the consumer cycle, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for clothing and accessories
- Proven track record in driving and meeting sales targets, and business and leadership success
- Sound market awareness is needed along with the enthusiasm and drive to achieve results
- Marketing knowledge as well as understanding of Polish market is crucial
- English language skills, both written and oral are essential
