Country Manager with main focus on sales

Opis stanowiska
The Country Manager shall have overall responsibilityfor all the aspects or the Company's business in Poland: marketing, sales,stock and staff. The task is extensive and combines both strategic andoperative aspects; build relations with both existing and potential customersand contribute to the Company's on-going product development in cooperationwith the Product Development Manager at the Head office abroad. Main focus ishowever to be focused on increasing the sales on the Polish market.

Wymagania
Preliminary criteria for the candidate include:
Experience
- 5-15 years ofprofessional management experience
- Experience of workingas Managing Director or Sales / Marketing Manager
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Solid experience of the agricultural market; relevant documented experience of the agricultural business
- Budget and result responsibility
Education:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering / Agriculture / Economy
Language skills:
- Good working Englishknowledge
Computer skills
- MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
Personal characteristics:
- Business-orientedleader and team builder
- Well organized
- Good at creating and maintaining plans
- Responsible entrepreneurial approach
- Good at developing relationships

- Polish citizen
