We are looking for a Country HR Manager for Poland reporting to the Country Managing Director. This role is additionally supporting the Marketing & Sales (M&S) function.
Your responsibilities
- Your responsibilities as Country HR Manager for Poland:
- Own, drive and coordinate the HR people strategy on a country level;
- Ensure strong labor and key stakeholder relationships internally and externally within country labor market;
- Fulfill fiduciary duties on behalf of the local legal entity and the respective business units;
- Ensure the HR operation functional support and HR operation model in country;
- Act as speaking partner on HR topics and actively work with Country Managing Director to drive the HR priorities;
- Collaborate with different Business Unit / Function HRBPs to provide needed support or address issues if required;
- Support the Talent & Learning hub function team to deploy and deliver the required mandate;
- Manage partnerships and external stakeholder relationships (e.g. universities/schools, relevant networks etc) and help execution of innovative strategies to strengthen brand awareness locally.
- Your responsibilities as HRBP for Marketing & Sales:
- Facilitate and coordinate matters of M&S HR pertaining to local sales & marketing unit (reporting, staffing, workforce planning, etc.);
- Support Account Manager resources locally and drive the applicable M&S HR actions within account management;
- Act as interface with Sales Competency Development team to deliver the required sales trainings, Functional Competency Assessments, etc;
- Coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders to deliver M&S HR actions.
Your background
- Proven track record in a HR-related function, including experience in HR operations management, with significant international exposure.
- Sound understanding of business drivers, and how best to utilize HR as a business partner.
- Ability to manage and drive change and transformation projects.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, results-focused and actions-oriented approach.
- Significant experience in cross-functional, international collaboration, with demonstrated intercultural sensitivity.
- Strong analytical skills, with high level attention to detail.
- Established mindset towards continuous improvement and process refinement, with working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools.
- Knowledge of local Polish labor market, legislation and policies.
- Fluency in English - written and spoken.
