Opis stanowiska
- to develop and execute best practice sourcing strategies - to lead the operational involvement and communication in the business of successful supplier selection; - to align & maximize the supplier contribution to company’s business goals; - to deliver improved value for money (lowest Total Evaluated Cost, right service & quality etc); - to reduce company risk / exposure in critical supply markets and achieve long-term supply security at optimal cost; - to manage a team of commodity managers.Wymagania
- master degree; - at least 2 year experience in similar role (sourcing, logistics, commodity manager etc.) in international company; - expert knowledge of commodity management; - excellent negotiation capability; - verbal / written fluency in English; - very good leadership skills, ability to motivate people and to establish efficient communication;Oferujemy
