Scope of responsibilities:
- identification, consultation and implementation of activities that are aimed at reducing the organization’s operating costs,
- conducting cost analyses of business processes and identifying sources of savings and assessing the correctness of savings estimations,
- preparing benchmarking across stores, applying zero-based-budgeting in a rigorous manner,
- searching innovative methods and technologies to help reduce costs and optimize business processes,
- roll out of solutions focused on enhancement of cost effectiveness,
- secure the savings in target budgets,
- defining, deploying and monitoring of cost-effectiveness indicators,
- designing and implementing cost effectiveness measurement tools.
Requirements:
- good experience and knowledge in the areas of Finance or Cost Control (ideally exposure to: Controlling, Lean Management, Business Process Optimization),
- excellent communication skills in Polish and English (written and verbal) with the ability to anticipate and provide solutions to complicated problems and be capable of presenting them in a clear and compelling manner,
- creative thinking and great attention to details resulting in effective problem solving,
- juggling different work activities and shifting attention from one task to another in timely manner,
- building strong working relationships with peers and communicating with other departments,
- nice to have : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
