Cost controller

Opis stanowiska

Main goal: - prepares budget, reforecast and cash flow projections - handles cost control, invoicing and payment processing - monitors company funds and assets - liaises with bank, contractors and auditors

Wymagania

Technical competences: - graduated in economics or finance - reasonable knowledge of International Financial and Reporting Standards - 3 years experience in cost control or accounting in relation with construction and/or implementation projects - very good knowledge of Excel and Word - very good English writing and speaking skills; other language appreciated - experience with bank guarantees, standby letters of credits, bonds and other off-balance sheet commitments would be a plus - experience with tax and insurance matters would be a plus Client competences: - good presentation skills, including in writing - ability to analyze project risks in liaise with project managers - ability to consolidate and summarize data for reporting purposes - ability to adapt and adjust to different environments Cooperation competences: - ability to work as team member -good reporting and internal communication skills Management competences: -ability to set financial objectives to project teams and monitor progress -ability to mobilize and manage consultants, freelances, advisors if and when required - autonomy and good organizational skill
