Corporate Actions Specialist

Opis stanowiska
- Accurate and timely booking of corporate actions (dividends, mergers, stock splits, tender offers etc) on the investment funds accounts
- Investigating and reconciliation of cash and stock dicrepancies between fund accounting and custody records
- Timely preparation and delivery of accounting records and reports
- Identifying ineffective areas within process and initiating of improvement actions
- Creating and updating of procedures according to Citi standards
- Participation in projects/assignments proposed by managers, clients, other teams and divisions within Citi
- Cooperation with internal and external parties as well as with other teams involved in fund assets’ valuation process
- Carrying out other business tasks assigned by the manager
All above-mentioned task are to be performed during late shift (16:00-24:00 CET), there is a bonus added to the salary for each day worked on late shift.
Wymagania
- Degree educated
- Knowledge and understanding of capital markets
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Good command of English (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office environment
- Ability to learn fast and work under time pressure
- Self-starter and ability to act independently
- High accuracy and keen eye for details
