We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
Key Responsibilities
- Gather billing information along with backup from fee earners
- Verify accuracy of billing data received and advise fee earner when incorrect
- Prepare PO requests and billing upload files from gathered data and submit to Client and Central Finance accordingly
- Provide billing and project status updates to the Manager
- Prepare and provide debt reports
- Perform monthly reconciliation, to ensure all revenue transactions are posted to GL and update invoice tracker with current status
- Maintain good relationship with the Client by prompt reaction to all task given on daily basis
- Assist Finance Analysts and the Manager with ad hoc requests
- Review coding and correctness of expense reports and AP invoices
- Perform accounting month end tasks incl. revenue / cost accruals and reclassification journals when required
- Bank reconciliation and generate bank statement on monthly basis
- Support Finance Analysts with month end statutory analysis and reporting
- Maintain process documentation for all duties performed
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Relevant University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Good command of Ms Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical Skills
- Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment
- Highly organised and structured to ensure activities are prioritised to meet critical deadlines
- Experience in using accounting systems, processes and controls. Knowledge of PeopleSoft would be an advantage
