EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Document Controlling East
Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe, both Onshore and Offshore. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Document Controlling department is responsible for collecting and issuing the documentation within construction. The aim of this function is to provide the agreed scope of project specific contract documentation to the customer of the project and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.
Coordinator for Executive Documentation is maintaining the whole documentation workflow on the projects - including consistency, integrity and accessibility of all data that have to be guaranteed for the whole project team, the customer and other sides interested. This role obligates also maintaining information and data in the systems.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, compiling, preparing, and supervising documentation according to relevant regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines
- Checking contractual and legal requirements on documents
- Provide documentation to project team
- Ensure and support correct as-built documentation of installed components in system
- Prepare projects for scanning of components to be installed in system
- Archive documentation and documents from site in document management system
- Data Management and maintenance in various digital platforms
- Innovative and independent support of Project Coordinator, Project Manager and Site team in organizing and implementing projects
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree - Experience with documentation within an industrial or construction company, - with international environment
- Experience with supervision and monitoring of documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

- Team member with a positive attitude and willingness to assist your colleagues when required
- Sound judgment and awareness of safety and costs
