Coordinator, Supply Chain and Customer Care Management

Position Description
- Support operational efficiency of the leadership team;
- Organize travels and settle expenses;
- Review tasks and follow up on actions and maintain respective tracking;
- Organize external meetings with suppliers and other partner companies along the supply chain;
- Prepare various reports and PowerPoint presentations;
- Support cost controlling and GL accounting for invoices in the Supply Chain Department;
- Coordinate all activities to assure Business Planning & Analytics process.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Administration or related field;
- Proficient in English both written & spoken;
- At least 1 year experience on similar position;
- Good Experience in using MS Office (especially Power Point);
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
