To support and develop our Controlling function in Poland, we are currently recruiting for the position of:
Controlling Specialist – reporting to the Commercial Controller

Expectations:
- 2+ years experience in business controlling in FMCG
- Working knowledge of Polish FMCG environment
- Commercially aware
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Detail conscious
- Knowledge of iScala would be an advantage
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support for the commercial functions at promo efficiency analysis, optimisation of trade terms, financial validation of various commercial projects
- Support the profitability analysis of products and accounts
- Support the monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse the budget variance
- Track overhead spend and provide proactive analysis of YTD spend as well as identify cost saving opportunities
- Monthly tracking of the stock levels
- Support the pricing management
- Reporting to the Commercial Controller
