Controlling Manager for Commercial department
Workplace: Warszawa
What will be your tasks:
- Commercial support and overseeing commercial processes and transactions
- Interface and point of contact for Financial Accounting, Project Management, external accountants and tax advisers
- Creation of budgets and tracking of budgets and cost
- Regular reporting at project and company level
- Planning of liquidity requirements and processing cash calls
- Preparation and negotiation of financing
What you already have:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, preferable specialized in real estate management or a comparable qualification. Experience in the real estate or construction industry
- Basic knowledge of tax and accounting principles, of group controlling a plus
- Knowledge of controlling instruments and processes including project controlling. Willing to constantly work on process improvements
- High affinity for numbers, knowledge to handle and structure data volumes efficiently
- High degree of organizational skills, self-driven, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, dedicated to deadlines and results
- Very good command of MS-Office, in particular advanced Excel competence
- Polish native speaker or comparable skills, good/very good English skills, German a plus
- Competent and friendly, reliable, loyal, willing to communicate clearly, intercultural skills
