- Responsible for escalations during incidents and other operational matters.
- Coordination of measures for the elimination of incidents and ensuring their processing.
- Monitoring compliance with the service level agreement (SLA).
- Liaise with Operations, WMS Dev and the Customer to optimize the automation solutions in warehouse.
- Operational process improvements and improving the performance of WMS through change requests.
- Responsible for planning resources, software releases and their validation.
- Close co-operation with customers and other third-party suppliers.
- Steering of a continuous improvement process to regularly increase the quality of the Control Room.
- Participation in creating the area's budget.
- Managing a team of employees.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a position related to managing a team of employees and external customer service.
- Knowledge and skills in supporting warehouse and logistics processes.
- Category B driving license.
- English knowledge (min B2).
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
- Knowledge of LEAN, KAIZEN, 5S, IMS.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is desirable.
- Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
