Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Executing standard monthly testing of controls in both the Accounts Payable and Record workstreams
- Producing monthly management reporting packs for both Accenture and Client Management team
- Producing monthly analytics and scorecards to identify trends and performance of Delivery Centers in their controls activities
- Coordinating monthly issues management process, including registering and tracking status of issues
- Preparing and sending communications to Client Management Team to circulate testing results, actions required, etc.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures followed by the Controls and Compliance team
- Interacting with Continuous Improvement team to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Track record of producing high quality documentation against short/challenging timelines
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Spanish language will be advantage
- Experience in a client facing role (minimum 1 year)
- Experience in global audit company
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger (minimum 1 year) will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly with Operations resources from different global locations
- Readiness to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
- Comfortable with managing conflict
- Readiness to travel if/when required (minimal travel expected)
