Contract manager
Miejsce pracy: Mszczonów
Possibility to work in one of the company's locations
Responsibilities:
- In this role you will report to the Managing Director and work very closely with site managers & operations director
- Ensure the client satisfaction, bringing value added, improvements, new ideas and innovation
- Ensure and develop profitability of the customer in coordination with Operations, follow financial performance & execution of budget, ensure appropriate tariffs
- Increase profitable turnover with customers, proactively looking for new opportunities and supporting tenders
- Control that service level matches contractual commitment & customer’s expectations
- Ensure / pilot regular operational and strategic reviews with customer
- Evaluate the level of risk in the contracts, renegotiate clauses exposing company to risk and alert management in case of need
- Negotiate the contracts’ renewing
- Prepare defensive and cost reduction projects as well as continuous improvement actions
- Define & monitor action plans targeted to increase service level agreement and customer satisfaction
- Lead key projects connected with the customer, handle transversal projects within the company locally or internationally
- Ensure an efficient communication between customer and company’s departments, and amongst several sites if needed
Requirements:
- Preferably a degree qualification in related fields; business administration, sales, logistics, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in warehousing services
- Legal and cost analysis knowledge
- Results oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building internal and commercial relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability to handle projects simultaneously
- High autonomy and capacity for decision
- Fluent in English
