Job Description:
The Contract Management will manage a variety of contracts and subcontracts, in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and customer requirements. This individual will also take the responsibility to provide advice to business units and project teams on Contract Management processes and policy compliance matters.
The Contract Manager may manage more than one contract related to a single account or, alternatively, supporting full-time a single contract (depending on the size/complexity of the agreement).
Key responsibilities may include:
- Achieving a high level of understanding of company's major business areas in order to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers and provide relevant advice on contractual related matters
- Managing contract execution by monitoring Accenture compliance with contract provisions, delivery milestones and internal policies obligations
- Identifying, monitoring and tracking contractual risks and issues, suggesting mitigation actions and alternatives that could lead to the best solution
- Being the contact point between the project team and/or business unit and Legal department, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
- Developing and integrating Contract Management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement
- Being actively involved in regional and global Contract Management initiatives
- 2-3 years in Contract Management/Procurement/Legal/Finance field and applicable industry experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and accounting and finance principles
- Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and professional certification are a plus
- Master's degree in Business, Contract Management, Law or Engineering
- Fluent English & Polish
- Ability to understand and resolve complex issues
- Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, can-do attitude
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Employment contract on defined period of min. 1 year
