Job description

Reporting of day-to-day activities warehouse and transport related issues

General administrative related tasks e.g. filing

Creating and collecting transport and export documentation
-
Booking of outbound, inbound and return transports
-
Management of customer or carrier complaints
Requirements

Excellent English communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Administrative skills
-
Soft skills: problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making

Attention to details
-
Background in Logistics will be nice to have
