- Responsible for a major fashion e-com contract in a green field campus under implementation. This includes the activity implementation follow up in partnership with the implementation team, the ramp up execution and business stabilization.
- Manage, build, and maintain an outstanding customer relationship: meeting the customer requirements with the highest possible performance level; detect the potential growth opportunities with the existing client and ensure the business renewal
- Responsible for the contract P&L: achievement of the targeted gross revenue, net revenue, costs control and improvements (staff & operating)
- Ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all contract targets and key performance indicators and fulfilment of all contract requirements
- Review and approve the financial forecast / outlook based on the current financial results and operational performance; the available business information / trend; the management instructions
- Ensures compliance with any given quality standard not limited to ISO 9001/ 14001 and OHSAS and any other CEVA policies and standards (procurement, HR, controlling, finance)
- Propose and implement the relevant innovations and green evolutions, supported by the regional specialized team
- Propose the adequate team set up evolution when needed and maintain a backup plan for each team member
- Co-operations with suppliers in line with agreed rules / authorization
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master’s degree in Logistics (Project Management Degree or Prince 2 Practitioner certificate (or other))
- 10 years in Operations /Customer Management / Team Management / Managerial role
- Fluency in English (any EEU language is a plus)
- Experience in setting up new warehouses
- Experience in managing a book of business and large team
- Having managed CL operation for e-com activity and/or fashion industry
- Strategic thinking
- Planning and execution
- Experience in change management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate
