Provide process expertise and advisory for Clients in the area of expertise (F&A, S&F, S&P)
Define and design the world class processes and solutions
Manage team of during engagements, guide the resources, monitor progress, keep all stakeholders informed and take ownership of deliverables
To assure high quality and efficiency of projects/assignments according to Project Management Standards
Work with Consultants/Sales in other geographies to identify prospective clients, understand client requirements and present solutions to clients
Lead/ support ‘Go to Market’ activities for their service – continuous update of toolkits, creation of marketing collateral and supporting marketing events
Experience in BPO/SSC or consulting area is an asset
Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience as a Consultant/ Project Leader in multicultural organizations would be an asset
Experience in designing and deployment of service delivery models in one of domains: finance, sales and fulfillment or procurement or project accounting
Very good command of English
Mobility up to 50% and readiness to work in highly changing environment
PMI or Six Sigma certification will be an asset
