Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
The Business Transformation Services practice at Infosys BPO essentially focuses on driving process transformation through various inhouse and external established approaches such as Business Value Realization, Process harmonization, Six Sigma/Lean, etc. This group also advises clients on their Shared Services vision and provides comprehensive services right from design of future state model, location analysis, process evaluation, retained organization design and implementation of the Shared Services organization. Additionally, this group focuses on driving Innovation and Transformation for existing & new clients.
- Provide process expertise and advisory for Clients in the area of expertise (finance and accounting, sales and fulfillment, sourcing and procurement)
- Define and design the world class processes and solutions
- Understands impact of the designed solution on financials, customers and employees
- Lead design of service offerings and projects in the respective domain
- Manage team of resources (depending on scale) during engagements, guide the resources, monitor progress, keep all stakeholders informed and take ownership of deliverables
- To assure high quality and efficiency of projects/assignments according to Project Management Standards
- To provide project evaluation and assessment to all stakeholders
- Work with Consultants/Sales in other geographies to identify prospective clients, understand client requirements and present solutions to clients
- Lead/ support ‘Go to Market’ activities for their service – continuous update of toolkits, creation of marketing collateral and supporting participation in marketing events, as and when required
- Experience in BPO/SSC or consulting area is a must
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Consultant/ Project Leader in multicultural organizations
- Experience in designing and deployment of service delivery models in one of domains: finance, sales and fulfillment or procurement
- Experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, process design, organizational transformation, change management
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of German, French or Spanish would be an advantage
- Mobility up to 30% and readiness to work in highly changing environment
- PMI or Six Sigma certification will be an asset
