Having a well-maintained software portfolio supporting all operations in the R&D unit is crucial. With the growth of our R&D unit, we also need to extend capacities for maintaining software portfolio, mainly LIMS. Therefore, we are looking for Computerized Systems Specialist, who will support R&D personnel working also closely with IT and quality assurance unit.
- System administration for scientific software used by up to 100 users in a pharmaceutical company
- User account management
- Backup and archiving of data
- Software configuration management
- Software troubleshooting
- First level support to users in case of administrative tasks
- Communication with supplier of the software
- University degree (IT, Biotechnology or similar)
- Working knowledge of LIMS (min. 2 years)
- Experience in regulated environment (preferably biotechnological)
- Understanding of ITIL and service management aspects in general
- Oracle DB administration will be an advantage
- Understanding of back-ups
- Knowledge of administration of databases in a server-client environment
- Knowledge of scientific software like Empower and/or Chromeleon is an advantage
- Knowledge of procedures in analytical laboratories
- Team worker who likes interacting with people from different departments
- Knowledge of validation of computerized system
