Having a well-maintained software portfolio supporting all operations in the quality control unit is crucial. With the growth in our QC unit, we also need to extend capacities for maintaining this software portfolio. In this position, you will work in close contact with quality control personal, IT and the quality assurance unit. Your daily activities will include:
- System administration for scientific software (e.g. Empower, LIMS) used by up to 70 users in a pharmaceutical company
- Software configuration management
- Software troubleshooting
- User account management
- Backup and archiving of data
- First level support to users in case of administrative tasks
- Communication with the supplier of the software
- Knowledge of scientific software like Empower, Chromeleon and LIMS
- Experience or knowledge about procedures in the analytical laboratories
- IT knowledge
- Experience in managing software including administration (e.g. user account management, configuration management)
- Understanding concepts of archiving, backup of data and audit trails
- Team worker who likes interacting with people from different departments
- Knowledge of validation of computerised system
- Fluent spoken Polish and English
