Compensation & Benefits Leader

Job description

As a Compensation & Benefits Leader you will be responsible for providing total remuneration business partnering advice and analysis, running reviews and leading, designing and delivering reward initiatives. You will ensure all related systems, policies and processes are communicated in an efficient, effective and compliant manner.

 Main responsibilities:

    Responsible for country coordination of Market Pricing Process and Competitive Compensation analysis
    Support budgeting process, including regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting.
    Lead for country/region Variable Compensation design and analysis.
    Partner with local Human Resources Managers to align business needs to center of expertise services and provide ongoing support.
    Lead Total Rewards projects for the entire organization
    Support Merger and Acquisition in the areas of compensation & benefits due diligences initial phases to full integration.
    Participate in  benefits governance review and benefit plan comparison & changes.
    Design and deliver in conjunction with Global COE’s Total Rewards education and training/workshops.
    Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local laws and regulations.
    Manage relationship with the external vendors and represent the organization at HR conferences.

Candidate


Requirements:

    Bachelor (BSc) Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resource Management, Finance, Management or other related discipline
    Minimum of 5 years HR experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in international  environment, with support to manufacturing, sales and marketing, research and development and supply chain.
    Demonstrated capacity to interact and partner with the business at both strategic and operational levels
    Experience in project management, design & implementation of programs
    Demonstrated capabilities to influence upwards, communicate effectively across the organization, and engages others with passion and energy
    A flexible team player approach with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment
    General business and Financial acumen, Strong analytical skills, Problem solving and Presentation skills.
    Fluent in English
