Your scope of responsibilities will include preparation job analysis and evaluations, deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics. You will be actively participating in salary and labour market surveys and managing human resources information systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in Compensation and Benefits role, you need to have proven experience on the same position, previous experience with labour market surveys and organisational psychology. Extensive knowledge of Ms Office and HRIS, familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits is also highly required.
