YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Monitoring and operating technical building equipment within all stores of the region
- Supervision of maintenance according to official regulations
- Commissioning of repair work and execution of emergency repair work
- Disposal of utilities and operating materials
- Adherence to safety rules
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Completion of a technical apprenticeship (preferred: ventilation/air-conditioning technology, electronic engineering)
- Experience in building services
- Willingness to travel between stores on a regular basis
- High degree of personal responsibility, a service-oriented and confident approach
- Independent method of working and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- Driving license (B)
