Commercial Specialist with Russian

For our Client, one of the worldwide leaders in telco industry, due to intensive growth in Eastern Europe, we are currently looking for a dynamic candidate for the role of Commercial Specialist with Russian. The chosen candidate will be dedicated for region and be responsible for maintaining customer relations and manage end-to-end process of contracts. Commercial Specialist will work within clearly defined framework and high level of autonomy but under guidance from business head or senior manager.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- To take responsibility for the financial performance, service delivery, billing, efficiency of change controls, renewals and general activities affecting commercial and service performance of the contract or potential contract.
- To provide functions such as billing, debt monitoring, data collection, inventory management, change control, document management, service ordering and tracking, update and manage financial scorecards and P&Ls, contract reporting.
- To provide pro-active alert on any facts that impacts the contract P&L.
- To understand the risk profile and opportunity potential in terms of profit and revenue growth.
- To undertake tasks in support of commercial due diligence and contract renewals.
- To evaluate and manage business opportunities from commercial prospective to ensure that the contracts (sometimes bids) are viable.
- To provide improvement plan to optimize contract performance from commercial point of view.
- To provide strong customer service and build long-term relations.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- University degree (in Economics, Business Management, Client Management, or Project Delivery) is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience on a similar position (understanding of finance, strong focus on customer management/delivery)
- Excellent English and Russian
- Basic understanding of the key financials i.e. costs, pricing and budgets and can provide sensible financial analysis
- Analytical skills
- Ability to handle many streams of information and control inputs into a document prior to production
- Understand basic customer solutions
- Attention to details and accuracy of information
- Capable of taking initiatives and understanding of the business impact of the role
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), excellent usage of Excel is a must
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for excellence
- Excellent communication skills
