COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Opis stanowiska

• supervision, support and management of the personnel
• supervision of the office activities
• coordination of the business development and operational activities
• reporting to the directors the activities of the company
• budget control
• control and supervision of the flow of documents, including the tender documents, specifications, quotes, contracts, accounting documents, etc.
• follow up to the business development activities
• contract management and negotiations
• ensuring commercial viability of the company activities
• participation in preparation of the company’s balance sheets
• participation in marketing activities
• negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors
• management of purchase orders

Wymagania

• experience on similar position or activities will be an advantage
• use of PC (MS Office package) and office facilities
• good communication skills
• very good written and spoken English language skills
• very good organisational skills and systematic approach
• capability of working in a team
• flexibility in regard to working times
• knowledge of waste management and/or landfill business would be an advantage
• ability to extensively travel across Poland and possibly neighbouring countries
