Our client is Europe's leading home improvement retailer and the third largest in the world, with nearly 860 stores in 8 countries in Europe and Asia and having market-leading positions in the UK, France, Poland, Turkey and China. For it's sourcing office based in Warsaw we are looking for Commercial Development Manager. This is a vey strong communication role, focused on the outcomes, vision, plans, alternatives and analytics.

Opis stanowiska:
Communication
- Promoting Company's image through customer surveys, and externally by distributing brochures and selected materials to key vendors
- Managing communication to the key Company's stakeholders (newsletters, commercial reports and ad hoc presentations)
Business development
- Managing business expansion: both in terms of geographic expansion and in terms of widening the scope of the company activities, services and coverage
- Vendor management ( ex. analysis of vendor database)
- Nursing new accounts: providing support and coordination to manage on boarding new vendors
- Unlocking the business limitations
Analytics
- Gathering and analyzing commercial materials, collecting all type of business intelligence potentially useful for sourcing team
Kogo szukamy:
- At least 5 years experience in PR communication/commercial development is a must (RETAIL is a preferred sector)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- General marketing knowledge, exposure to retail environment and key metrics
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills on a very high level
- Knowledge of DIY sector is a definite asset.
- English is a must (French will be an advantage)
