Commercial Controller
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
As a Commercial Controller you will be responsible for:
- Producing the outputs from countries to consolidate monthly reports. (Including but not limited to balance sheet reconciliations, WIP reporting, contract performance to budget / forecast, etc.) adhering to business deadlines;
- Support the local Commercial Controllers to produce accurate and relevant monthly, quarterly and annual BAAT reports in line with agreed deadlines;
- Focus on country profitability to ensure local forecasts are met. Where challenges are, be key to reviewing and supporting with strategies to improve profitability;
- Control of local KAM costs;
- Allocate and monitor transition costs;
- Take ownership of key customer processes. i.e. Change Log , project trackers;
- Develop monthly client reporting within Navision using Power BI;
- Work on a continuous improvement basis to reduce the degree of manual intervention in financial processes;
- Participation in the process of standardising output across all country commercial departments;
- Support the Commercial Director in producing analytical data allied to improving contract profitability;
- Participation in the development and implementation of resilient processes to support changes to the business.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work to strict deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good IT Skills including high-level ability in Microsoft Excel;
- Able to work flexibly under pressure;
- Deadline driven accounts environment experience;
- Fluent in English language(C1-C2);
- Demonstrates a high level commercial knowledge that provides value added service to the business;
- Experience of ERP systems – desirable;
- German language skills would be an asset.
