Expectations:
- 5+ years experience in business controlling in FMCG
- Working knowledge of Polish FMCG environment
- Commercially aware
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Detail conscious
- Autonomous and ability to drive change
- MBA/ accounting qualification would be an advantage
- Knowledge of iScala would be an advantage
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- This is a pivotal role between Finance, Commercial and support functions, reporting directly to Finance Director Poland
- Co-ordination, evaluation, and presentation of the inputs to the short term (Budget) and long term planning cycles (Strategic Plan) for the Poland and Northern Europe region
- Responsibility for management of the Poland trade and consumer support budget, and for managing the interfaces with supply to ensure optimal investment return
- Trade performance analysis on a periodic and ad-hoc basis for Sales Director, Key Account Managers and Marketing
- Financial ownership and management of annual trade terms, analysing current, challenging and improving the structure and conditionality of terms
- Manage overheads and identify cost saving opportunities
- Pricing management
- Develop, lead and manage two direct reports
