For our Client, a leading international company from Retail sector, we are looking for experienced and motivated Candidates for the position of:
Job description
- every day business analysis (sales, margin, stock etc.) and controlling in order to set guidelines for profit and sales maximization;
- coordinating of administration activities in order to optimize costs and establish equal processes and standards for the region (Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia);
- cost reporting and controlling to Managing Director Eastern Europe;
- negotiations with service suppliers and contracts control;
- overview of service suppliers in order to assure high working standards;
- internal auditing;
- preparing annual budget and financial plans for retail operations in line with Group timetable, support to store budgeting & forecasting process and control of budget realization;
- preparing cash-flows and P&L monthly reporting;
- verification of bonus system and calculation of accrued bonuses;
- regular reforecast of sales & costs in accordance with Group timetable;
- Capex reporting;
- close cooperation with following departments: Finance, HR Administration/Payroll, Controlling, Distribution, Company Development.
Candidate
- university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance Controller position
- fluent English (Business Level);
- excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- experience in retail company is a must, good understanding for fashion business will be an asset;
- presentation skills (advanced level);
- analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and draw conclusions;
- negotiation ability and persuasion;
- good organization and team work skills.
