Job Description:
- Account management
- Contact internal and external customers and provide customer service
- Perform detailed account reconciliation to identify and facilitate resolution of disputed receivables
- Drive follow-up and resolution within the client, customers, peers and managers
- Actively manage performance metrics for account portfolio
- Provide monthly metric reports accompanied by proactive analysis
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Analysing customer needs and building customer relationships
- People Management (work planning, supervising employees)
- Oversees the allocation of workload among the team
- Supervises the team on receiving and addressing vendor inquiries, ensuring that all queries are addressed and escalated when necessary
- Monitoring and reporting of team results
- Escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy
- Participate in client meetings to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required
- Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by Accenture

- Assist Cash Application to apply payment
- Handle refund/ move payment request from Customers
- Prepare paperwork for write off and approval

- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated work experience managing collections function in an MNC environment
- 1 to 2 years of experience in team management, leading and motivating a team to achieve goals
- A primary degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Accountancy
- Strong understanding of collections activities and transactions
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within client and Accenture organisations
- Strong customer service skills to resolve disputes effectively and maintain customer relationships
- Strong client driven focus and result orientation
- Strong people management, teaming and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with good time management to meet strict deadlines
- Strong problem solver with an analytical approach, with the ability to deal effectively in high pressure and dynamic situations
- Strong experience in MS Excel and competence with other PC based applications (MS Office)
Desirable:
- Experience managing onshore and offshore team members
- Experience in SAP
