- Co-ordinate processing of A/R billings, adjustments, and write offs for Dedicated Region
- Co- ordinate collections, credit management, and disputes identification and resolution for Dedicated Region
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for the dedicated regions' are met
- Co-ordinate the preparation and analysis of accounts receivable & collections on a yearly, monthly and weekly metrics data for clients' regional, line of business and country level reports
- Developing procedures that adhere to client policies
- Provide process improvement guidance / changes for review by leadership
- Work with collections management team to drive continuous improvement in the collections process
- Assist management with career development activities for other 3 team members including performance management, informal feedback, training, and resourcing
- To be primarily escalation contract for Customers / Client's Sales Representative for Dedicated Region
- Successfully handles all non-routine issues, escalates to Client or Accenture management on a timely manner the issues that cannot be resolved
- Provide internal and external audit support, as requested
- Fluent English
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections
- 1 year of proven experience in team leading/coordination of small team
- Proven experience in client managament and reporting
- Excel, effective presentation skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on achieving targets and proactive approach to process improvements
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team and individually
