Currently we are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Communication, Media and Technology professionals.
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year.
- Minimum master's degree.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset.
- 4+ years of strong communications, media or high technology industry background work experience in a Telecoms/High-Tech company or in the Telecoms/High-Tech domain of a Consulting company.
- Consulting or functional experience in one or more of the areas like:
- Digital services/digital channels;
- Cost reduction;
- Customer acquisition, loyalty and retention in digital environment;
- Customer excellence;
- Product and services innovation;
- Mobility transformation;
- Mapping & analyzing sales, marketing, customer care processes;
- Development of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation business cases (top line and costs);
- Execution of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation projects;
- Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation systems will be an asset;
- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
- Renowned certificate for project management (PMI, Prince) would be an asset.
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
- Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint .
- Should have team management and project delivery experience.
- Should express business development abilities.
