We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Club Lounge Manager to join our Team. If you have at least 3 years of experience within Front Office or a similar area, have a solid F&B background, are ambitious and strive for excellence in whatever you do, are able to adapt to a changeable environment, have strong interpersonal skills and communicate comfortably in both Polish and English, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
- Be fully responsible for smooth and efficient functioning of the Club Lounge and its two main areas – Reception and Food & Beverage area, including the control of food quality and its presentation
- Be proactive in anticipating the needs of our guests and ensure that they are met or exceeded when possible; act promptly on any concerns that may arise
- Recognize members of IHG loyalty program and encourage new enrollments
- Manage the Team members efficiently, ensure the right training is provided to maintain high level of employee and guest satisfaction
- Ensure the Club Lounge is kept in an immaculate condition, liaise with other departments to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable environment
- Ensure all Company procedures are followed, in particular with regards to InterContinental brand service standards, financial transactions, health and safety and data protection
