We are currently in search of a Cloud Applications and Legacy Systems Administrator to support our accounting, finance, procurements, sales, web and billing systems across the 1,300 person global company. The Cloud Systems Administrator will work with the Director, Enterprise Financial Systems to proactively maintain and enhance our Sf.com Service Cloud environment with the goal of making it KLD’s Finance, Revenue Services Service tracking and management system. In addition, the Salesforce.com and Legacy Systems Administrator will proactively administer (user administration ad SOX Compliance) all other KLD’s cloud systems, including, Concur, Oracle Cloud ERP, Dynamcis AX, SalesForce.com and others.
- Provide tier 1 end user support for KLD’s legacy applications. Tier 1 support includes, but is not limited to:
- Provide required access to staff to required systems in accordance with Internal controls guidelines.
- Provide training to users as needed for current and new systems.
- Respond to requests received through the help desk in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure that systems requests are worked on in accordance with the priority established by leadership.
- Work with external vendors and corporate IT to develop data integration interfaces to and from SF.com.
- Manage, triage and maintain the Corporate Business Systems team service and ticketing system for all requests for enhancements and support.
- Lead release management and assist with QA efforts for periodic releases, upgrades and new systems implementations.
- Create Management and operational reports using the SF.com, Oracle Cloud ERP and other legacy systems built-in reporting tools.
- Assist users in large data migration efforts as a result of acquisitions and/or systems upgrades and implementation.
- Inform management of potential problems and identifies problem trends
- Ensure all systems and processes are documented in accordance with internal controls compliance regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or preferably both.
- 5-7 years of professional IT experience, specifically in systems/business analysis and financial systems.
- 5-7 years’ experience implementing and providing post production support for SF.com and other CRM and /or ERP solutions
- Strong analytical skills, specifically, the ability to translate business requirements to technical and functional specifications.
- Ability to perform diagnostics, identify problems and provide resolutions
- Exceptional customer service skills, focus and commitment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience working in Global environment
- Able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
